CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM AT HOME?
Yes, these workouts are perfect for doing at home and as you get fitter and stronger, you can easily intensify the workouts by incorporating equipment or taking them to the gym.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE WORKOUTS?
You can use just your own bodyweight and an exercise mat otherwise dumbbells, resistance bands, a chair/step or bench
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The workouts are between 15 -30 minutes.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR PROGRAM?
I wanted to keep my program affordable, so I priced it at $1 per day, $30 per month. It’s an ongoing subscription, that can be cancelled at any time.
