My computer died last weekend, finally got a new one the other day and only to remember that I couldn’t remember my password to log on here, that is what you get for allowing the computer to automatically just save your password… argh! It has been extremely frustrating I didn’t figure out the password but was able to finally change it, after a trail and error of usernames!
I have learnt from this experience and have written down all my passwords (and usernames) now in a book!
Anyway on to more exciting and positive news – I have been working on a project that I am super excited about and can’t wait to share but I am not quite ready so all that I will currently share with you right now, is my beautiful photo that I took earlier today ( I am quite proud of it!) of these beets and some of their health benefits. Note this does tie into my exciting news in a round about way 🙂 🙂 🙂
– Beets are an excellent source of naturally occurring nitrates, which is converted in the body to nitrate oxide, a compound that dilates blood vessels and helps to lower blood pressure. Allowing us to workout harder and longer without getting fatigued ultimately enhancing cardiovascular health and exercise performance.
– Beets are high in fibre for a healthy digestive system, helping to prevent constipation, IBS and reduces the risk of colon disease.
– Beets are a great source of plant based protein which is essential for the growth and development of all bodily tissues and
– Beetroot is loaded with iron
There is a lot more benefits of the beetroot but these are just a few!
Make sure you check back regularly as I will be releasing my exciting news within a week or two 🙂
