Attitude of Gratitude

When we are grateful we are happier and more optimistic improving how productive we are.  I have listed three benefits that come from being grateful:

Gratitude attracts what we want: The law of attraction says that we attract into our life the things we think about and focus on. If we focus on the good things that we have in our life we will attract more of that.

Improves your relationships: How do you feel when people in your life are really appreciative of what you do, it makes you feel good and you are happy to do more for them. Be grateful for people, what they do for you, their talents and their actions and be sure to tell them.

Reduces negativity: It is hard to be negative when you are being thankful. One of the fastest ways to improve your mood is to count your blessings.

Start practicing being grateful today!

  1. Make a list of 5 things that you are grateful for right now. They can be anything!
  2. Reflect on your list and allow yourself to feel good about each thing that is on your list.
  3. If there is a person on your list you can thank or show your appreciation now.

Gratitude is an attitude, it is a choice and it’s a good habit. When we  consciously practice being grateful we begin to attract better relationships and results.
