Motivation – Gratitude

Grateful.:

Hello Fit Family,

Bring grateful means being thankful for everything that you receive, counting your blessings and noticing the simple pleasures.

Often we get so busy chasing after the things we want that we forget to enjoy what we already have. Once we achieve those things we are already planning the next thing we want.

“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never have enough.’~Oprah Winfrey

Realize now, that you have more than enough. It’s great to have dreams, to grow, to learn, to evolve and achieve big things but it’s also important to celebrate your accomplishments, the present moment and celebrate your life. Being grateful shifts your focus from what your life lacks, to the abundance that is already present in your life. Giving thanks will make you happier and more resilient,  strengthen your relationships, improve your health and reduce stress.

Remember when giving thanks nothing is too small or insignificant to honor.

For the next 7 days I challenge you to write down 3 things each day that you are grateful for.
