Your hands perform a variety of tasks every day, from gripping the steering wheel to typing and well personally I don’t give it much thought at how much they do, let alone performing various exercises on your hands.
If you are looking for exercises to strengthen, stretch and relieve the wrists so that you can:
- hold planks longer
- perform push ups
- or work on advance arm balances
These exercises can help you, perform them 2-3, 3 times a week. Part 2 will include some strengthening exercises that you can do for the wrists.
