The Pilates Stretch Program is a program that combines Pilates moves to strengthen and tone the body mixed with stretches to increase your flexibility. The program will be shared over a period of six weeks, starting in August.

The six week Pilates Stretch Program breakdown:

Week 1 – Spine

Week 2 – Upper body

Week 3 – Core

Week 4 – Legs

Week 5 – Glutes and hips

Week 6 – Total body
