10 for 10 workout #2 (Workout notes: 10 reps per exercise repeat the circuit 10x as fast as you can, so make sure you time it)

Exercises:

  • Inch worm sequence
  • Ladders
  • Jump lunges (low impact modification – alternating lunges)

Hope you like it, heads up, the inch worm sequence feels like it will never end!
