10 for 10 Workout #1

Hey fit family,

I have for you a workout, when designing these workouts I was like 10 for 10, 10 reps 10 rounds per exercise, easy! Ah no, this was a lot more intense than anticipated,  I did only 5 rounds for this workout today eek! I will make up for it today and finish it off, writing that I only did 5 rounds makes me feel like a quitter and I am telling you to do 10, not cool!  You will need a mat but if you don’t, it is no biggie because I didn’t use a mat.

The Workout breakdown: Note you can modify this workout

10 reps per exercise/ 10 rounds for time:

• lay down push ups with superman lift (modification do the push ups on your knees)

• burpees with kick through (modification do regular burpees)

• bridges

Make sure you time your workout Let me know what you think and how you went.
