Under 10 minute Fitball leg and glute workout

Hey Fit Family,

I have a short, under 10 minute workout for you focusing on the legs and the glutes. You will need a fitball, by incorporating a fitball  you are working on your core as well because you have to balance on an unstable object and keep it still, working extra hard.

Note:

If you want to challenge yourself and have extra sore legs you can repeat this sequence 3 times.
