Today I am sharing a protein ball recipe this is a great little snack for after your workout or on the go! These balls are high in protein and low in carbs too so great for those who are watching their carb intake.
100g protein powder (preferably a flavored one not natural whey)
1 tsp vanilla
10g shredded coconut (to roll in)
10g coconut oil
15g cacao powder
Place all the ingredients excluding the shredded coconut into a food processor and combine. You will need to slowly add water until all the ingredients come together so that you can make some protein balls. Once combined make them into balls and then roll them in the shredded coconut. I made about 12 protein balls.
