This one is up in the air as to whether she likes it or not, so you be the judge!
1 can chickpeas, drained and semi mashed
1 can of chopped tomatoes
Italian herbs and pepper
1 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs olive oil
1 Carrot, grated or whatever vegetables you want
Place all ingredients into a fry on a medium to low heat, simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until hot right through.
Note: It’s quite thick so if you want to make it a little more runnier add water and you can always add it to pasta.
