This is your life and if you want something then you are going to have to make it happen, as no one else is going to do it for you!
So what is it you want in life? For you to live the life that you truly want, then you have to know exactly what it is. Once you know this you can lay out a plan on what you have to do to make it a reality, allowing you then to break it down into attainable goals.
Step 1 – Ask yourself what do you want to achieve in life? How do you want your life to look? what do you want to experience?
Step 2 – Make up an inspiration board of pictures, text, quotes etc of all of these dreams so that you can visually review it daily and stay focused.
Step 3 – Write it down – the ultimate dream/goal, now break it down into smaller goals monthly, weekly even daily and give these goals deadlines.
Step 4 – Get to it!
Don’t forget having a long term goal can seem daunting when you feel like you are getting no where so make sure to celebrate the little achievements along the way and enjoy the journey!
For example your long term goal might be to lose 20kgs so you could celebrate and give yourself little rewards each time you lose 5kgs or when you lose 10 kgs to keep you motivated. Note – if your goal is weight lose don’t reward yourself with food!
