I personally feel like I have slacken, lost a little motivation with my workouts, I do them but my hearts not in it. I know that’s perfectly normal and motivation will come and go but the most important thing to do is be consistent which is where habit and routine come into play. Set yourself a routine and stick to it that way even if you don’t want to, you just do it and go through the motions and you won’t go backwards.

Chase those goals and smash them!
