The Finisher – a little tip for those who don’t know me – I love BURPEES!
Burpee with a side jump x 10 ( burpee instead of jumping straight up you will jump to the side and then on the floor jump back up and back to the other side. 1 rep = 2 burpees)
Traveling burpees x 12
Lay down Burpee x 12
Birthday Burpee x10- includes push up, starting with one each time you are in a push up position you are going to add on a push up working up to 10 consecutive push ups
Burpee with a step up x 24 (12 each leg)
Burpee with a get up x 10 (note: to make it intense you can add a kettlebell with your get up – lay down on the floor and with out using your hands you are going to stand up)
