Week 6 Overview Get Healthy


Think Fit: Kick stress to the curb!

A few ideas on how to deal with stress:

  • mediate daily – or focus on your breath
  • Read your favourite book, or do something that you enjoy
  • Go for a walk in nature
  • Write down your thoughts/problems
  • Get to bed at a reasonable hour and try and stick to it each night
  • Give yourself permission to rest, to be a beginner.
  • Enjoy the sunshine for 15-20 minutes a day

Eat Fit: Drink 2-3 litres of water per day . Water is essential for the body and we tend to not drink enough. So make sure you are getting your H2O!

Be Fit: We are finishing the challenge with 500 rep workout challengers this week 🙂
