Think Fit: Kick stress to the curb!
A few ideas on how to deal with stress:
- mediate daily – or focus on your breath
- Read your favourite book, or do something that you enjoy
- Go for a walk in nature
- Write down your thoughts/problems
- Get to bed at a reasonable hour and try and stick to it each night
- Give yourself permission to rest, to be a beginner.
- Enjoy the sunshine for 15-20 minutes a day
Eat Fit: Drink 2-3 litres of water per day . Water is essential for the body and we tend to not drink enough. So make sure you are getting your H2O!
