A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset. When you wake up, take a second to think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy. The moment we start acting like life is a blessing I assure you it will start to feel like one.:

500 rep workout

10 – Squat jumps

10 – 180 Burpees

10 – Crab dance (one rep is both sides done)

10 – Jump lunges (one rep = right and left)

10 –  1 lay down push ups + 10 mountain climbers

10 – weighted Russian twist with a press up (one rep is both sides)

10 – Single leg deadlift (10 reps each leg)

10 – Reverse plank bridge lifts

10 – 5 lunge pulses with knee up hop = 1 rep (10 ea leg)

10 – Butterfly sit up

Repeat this circuit 5 times
