Leg shaping strength workout

Daily motivation:

Hey Fit Family,

Hope your week has been going well for you so far. Staying focus and taking it day by day, I think that is the best way to do things otherwise it can become very overwhelming and you won’t even bother.

Today’s strength workout:

Kettlebell swing (can use dumbbell) x15

Weighted step ups x24 (12 ea leg)

Single Leg deadlift x12 each leg

Weighted walking lunges x 24

3 Rounds for time
