Reverse lunge with a step up x10 (each side)
Squat and Press x 12
Plank with a row x20 (alternating)
Weighted punches x 24 (brace the core, bend the knees – partial squat)
Go hard for 10 minutes – keeping good form (google search if you want information regarding the exercise and technique) rest for 1 minute and then repeat again trying to beat your rounds.
