Today’s tabata workout. 4 minutes each round 20/10 second work/rest ratio x4. I minute break in between each round.
Round 1 – Push up/crab dance
Round 2 – Mountain climbers/dips
Round 3 – Competition Burpees (lay down onto your belly and jump up)
