How is the challenge going for you so far, hopefully well. I do plan on having the workout posts, posted a lot earlier on in the day next week possibly even the night before so if you are a morning person you can get it done first thing in the morning. Hope you have set yourself some goals as well for the next six weeks 🙂
Todays workout is another 20 minute AMRAP and you need to have a skipping rope, if you don’t or can’t skip just do high knees on the spot.
1 minute of high knee skipping
180 jump squat x 10
10 mountain climbers & 1 push up x 10
