Who do you want to be?
Let’s face it, it’s much easier to get up and go workout when you feel like it – you will smash out some PBs and feel like you are making progress. The days you don’t want to be there, though are the days you must push through and work on your mind. you may not lift as heavy or run as fast but these are the days that will make the biggest difference in the long run. So if it’s leg day today and you get up dreading it, leg day is going to be the BEST thing for you!
If you feel like giving up and just crying – have a cry, get it out and then go do that darn workout. These are the days that will create you into the strongest person you can be!
