- 100g sweet potato cooked
- 8g coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbs of water (can be milk) *
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together except the oil.
Place oil into pan and heat up
Cook over a medium heat for about 1 min approximately and flip over. It should be nice and brown, repeat.

Note: The water amount depends on how thin you like your mixture, if you like it thick don’t put any liquid or just a tiny bit.
