Strawberry Chia Jam


This jam contains a lot less sugar than your store bought jam, takes only minutes to make, is super yummy and filling! Have some on your morning oats, in your yogurt, use as a fruit dip, on your pancakes (obsessed with pancakes if you haven’t noticed by my personal Instagram account) or spread some on your bread.



Serves: 1 jar


  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbs chia seeds


  1. Place fruit into a bowl and blitz, until whatever consistency you want, just make sure that there is plenty of liquid
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix
  3. Allow to thicken for a minimum of 2 hours
  4. Enjoy!

Tip: Use any berries you want and if you want it sweeter add some sweetener into it approximately 1 tbs
