Gentle Pilates Core

I am super pump this is my first workout video and you wouldn’t believe how long this has taken me to process! It has been crazy but I got there and plan on doing them more regularly now that I have found the right equipment and programs to use, yay!!! This is a short 12 minute instructional gentle pilates core routine great for either a warm up or for a beginner.

Gentle pilates includes a lot more stretching and easier exercises, so if you are after a hard core workout this one isn’t for you … sorry!
