Pilates 101 – toe taps

Toe taps are great for working all of the abdominals.

Concentrate on:

– keeping the t-zone and obliques tight to stop the back from arching

– only lower the leg down and far as possible maintaining correct form

– the neck and shoulders should remain relaxed


Easier – alternate single leg taps and tap closer to the bottom.

Harder – Both leg together and tap further away from the body maintaining that spinal position
