Pilates 101 – Hundreds 1 (Beginner)

The hundreds is a classic pilates exercise.

Today we will be looking at the beginners/warm up version if you would like to intensify the exercise all you will want to do is extended/lengthen the legs and lower the legs towards the floor without the lower back lifting off the mat.

Correct Form:

– shoulder blades are down and back, eyes are on the knees and chin is tucked.

-Tzone is engaged, imprinted spine

– Squeeze the legs together
