Here is a short 5 minute workout that you can do with your baby that targets your legs and butt. All you will need is a timer, a mat and your baby.
30 second stationary lunge (right)
30 second stationary lunge (left)
30 second wide squat
30 second wide squat pulses
30 second bridge lifts (makes it fun for baby)
2 Rounds = 5 minutes
Try and do this 4x either in a row or throughout your day for a great leg workout.
