Pancakes

I love pancakes!!! I love the aromas it gives the kitchen.  Here is one recipe that is a no fail.

Ingredients: 1 cup wholemeal self raising floor, 1 cup almond milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, coconut oil for frying

Procedure:

Mix flour, milk, essence and egg in a bowl until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour 1/4 mixture into a medium to hot fry pan lightly oiled with coconut oil. Cook until there is like bubble on top and it’s not liquid any more – flip over and cook for a couple of minutes.

Serve with some yogurt and fresh fruit on top – yum!!!

Cook on a medium temperature otherwise you will burn the pancakes.
