Stretches for tight hips

Tight hips a common problem and a range of postural issues can arise from tight hips. Give this area a little extra love with these few stretches that will help to open up your hips, increase flexibility, reduce discomfort and prevent injury. Do each stretch for 10-30 seconds on both sides and you can repeat the sequence. Never go to the point of pain.
