Coconut & Honey Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal is so easy to make, mix it up in a bowl (I personally don’t even use measuring cups, so I don’t make much mess at all) transfer it into an oven dish and put it in the oven. While it’s cooking you have like 30 minutes to exercise – multi tasking!!! Super easy and really nice on a rainy morning.

Ingredients: Rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla, shredded coconut and honey

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl you don’t want the oats to be too soggy, transfer into an oven dish. Put into oven and cook for approximately 30 minutes, it should be nicely toasted on top.

I will measure the ingredients out next time, I just guess, you don’t want the oats to be dry but you don’t want them to be soaked.
